I've always wanted to try eliminating white sugar and flour from my diet. And since I have grown dependant on coffee this past year, I thought I'd give up caffeine as well. What the heck, may as well deprive myself of all pleasures.
I'm giving up caffeine first, starting today. Then next week I'll get rid of white flour. And in the third week I'll ditch the sugar. A gradual taper seemed like the best in order to avoid serious withdrawl and total failure.
So far I have been ok without coffee. It is about 4pm and I do have a headache. I have also not been focused at work at all (hence me typing this blog post at work). But I work alone, so it's cool -- no one is looking!

Yes, Amos will eat enough for both of you and then complain as to being confused about why her stomach hurts!
