I've had my breakfast: a bowl of wheat squares and soymilk with almonds and cranberries on top.
I've had my first cup of a caffeinated beverage: earl grey tea with honey. I am easing in with the caffeine. I will most certainly be getting a coffee before Chemistry class this morning.
I've also had my big glass of water and am about to hop in the shower.
Then I'll be ready (but not so willing -- eeek) to go out the door and drag my feet all the way to the car and go take a Chem exam at 8 in the AM.
Whose idea was this?!
Oh-ho -- if it weren't for coffee I would have fallen asleep in Chem class a looong time ago. Sad thing is, I was never a coffee drinker before because it made me feel jittery. Now I think I am just SO tired I have to drink it. Because now apparently I am addicted.
Well if I am gonna do this, I am gonna do this. Thursday is my LAST day of Chem class, as well as my final exam! It's gonna be a very long 2 days.

ohhhhhh.....I SO know what you mean. Actaully, I should go to bed and stop reading blogs (alarm set for 5am, which is truly gross). Oh, and if I lived anywhere near "UncleN" I would probably flunk out of school, as he has a way of making it seem perfectly fine to watch... (fill in the blank with the current movie or TV show)until all hours. Congrats on being finished with undergrad! : )
ps- I too got addicted to coffee, when I was working the night shift. Now that I'm back in school and working, it's the only thing I can do to at least pretend I am combatting sleepiness. (Besides, you know sleeping, which is still what I should be doing right now.) I just wanted to add that I am so proud of you (but not in a patronizing way, in an in-awe way) for doing this. I am always so impressed by people who continue their education with kids. I can tell that you are going to do so well! I am now for real going to go listen to my new meditation "fall asleep" podcast and hopefully do just that.
I am a caffeine addict. I am actually at Caribou Coffee as I type this...and my hands are shaking...and I need to go get more coffee...NOW!
